The St. Leonard’s Hamilton, Robert Street Residence provides transitional programming to assist adult males returning to the community from federal penitentiary. The program focuses on those persons leaving federal prison and in need of transitional support. The program uses a Modified Therapeutic Community model and Motivational Interviewing to great effect.
