The Salvation Army Victoria CRF offers an intensive eight-week residential recovery program designed for those with a history of problematic substance use. The Skills for Recovery Program is intended to provide participants with the skills they need to make a smooth transition from a life dominated by substance abuse, crime and incarceration, to a healthy life in the community.
