The South Transition Centre is a service center in adult delinquency whose mission is to offer its clientele, composed mainly of adult men, means to avoid resorting to delinquent behavior and to integrate harmoniously into their community. This location also provides alternative supervision to incarceration, and raises community awareness of the realities of this clientele. The prevention of recidivism is the first guide of the actions carried out by the center workers.
